    In the context of examining the relevance of Early Years Learning Fra
mework and its role in fostering education, the framework has some basic principles: there are eight major practices and five learning outcomes which have holistic and integrated support program especially designed to provide extensive education to the young learners (Adam, Barrett & Haig, 2019). The first principles of learning in the framework states that the educators are expected to maximize the potential of the young learners and in this way, they can develop the sense of learning at their own level. The process of education is relatable to this concept; it is the part of the mainstream learning that the children get perfect opportunities at schools to develop their identity in terms of learning new things. There is much of the expectation in this course i.e. the responsibility of training the young learners to develop their self identity lies in the hands of the educators only.
    Additionally, when it comes to foster the education, the instructors have to determine the abilities and skills of the young learners here; the children has a variety of learning skills and it may range from high to low grounds i.e. every child is gifted with his or her own learning abilities and, therefore; it is his or her ability that the educators are supposed to indentify and work on (Adam, Barrett & Haig, 2019). In other words, educators, as per this first learning outcome mentioned in the framework, keep the learning strategies designed in such a way that the children get opportunities to maximize their own output. Thus, the process of fostering education is maintained in the early classroom settings. It is up to the educators that what techniques and skills they utilize to enhance the learning outcomes. This is in their part to understand the abilities of the children as well.

    The aim of Multicultural policy statement 2017 is to bring down the cultural alignment to the level of understanding at the community level; it is more like the published guidelines of Australian government in which, the aspect of culture is detailed—or rather, it is simplified—to the community members. It has to be understood that the Australian societies are growing at a rapid pace and the nation is becoming education hub for the international students (Press & Woodrow, 2018).
