Career Reflection of HR Generalist
I have been working in HR profession, I am writing down my 7-year career plan. Development of a professional vision will drive me on a pursuit for the desirable career for my future growth. As a HR generalist, I have to manage and cope with all the strategies and sequences of work in order, which will help me to offer a better professional consultation, resolution and the services in a well-organized manner. My vison as a HR generalist is to deliver the employees with tools and skills, which are necessary to meet the customer satisfaction and will also help me in developing a competent workforce.
Employees are the major resource of an organization, and my mission is to manage and accommodate employees in respective areas as to ensure that entire operation of organization runs in organized manner. My mission is also to analyse daily operational challenges and ensure all challenges are handle in proper manner, to deliver desired result.
As a HR generalist my career statement would be to deliver the services to the customer in a proper manner, through managing the employees to deliver on the organizational goals.
The value of HR generalist is to promote and recruit the best qualified people, who will mould with the organizational requirements and deliver their best output (Maheshwari, Gunesh, Lodorfos & Konstantopoulou, 2017).
