5-minute student prepared Podcast
that
identifies a vulnerable population,
discusses at least 2 factors that contribute to inequality among this population,
discusses how the social determinants of health are relevant to this topic,
identifies and critiques various approaches of action or inaction towards
addressing these inequalities
Podcasts can be in the form of a discussion, opinion piece, interview or press conference. Be as creative as you like but if you interview someone else, you must speak for at least 4 minutes of the 5 minute podcast. Please see the rubric for the allocation of marks.
Please note that you will need to submit 2 files onto iLearn: 1. Mp3file(podcast)
2. Word file containing the transcript (ie the word for word text)
HINT: the simplest way to do this is to write the transcript first, rehearse it, make any necessary changes to the transcript and then record the podcast on your phone or computer as an mp3.
