Need One – Cultural Needs
1.0 Analysing the Condition of the Cultural Need
Culture called a very important concept and most of the people in the world are influenced by cultural b
eliefs and values. People carry out various activities based on the cultures. While analyzing the impact of culture in education we can understand that culture plays an important role in improving the overall performance level of the students and it also helps for developing healthy competition between the students. Cultural tendencies always influence the children, it also affects their studies and interests. Most of the schools are giving more importance to meeting the cultural needs of the students. Cultural oriented classes are effective for improving the learning level of the students. In a company or an educational institution, we have to work with different individuals, and we are not respecting the culture of another person it creates different problems. While analyzing the importance of culturally oriented education in Australia we can understand that most of the educational institutions are providing multi-cultural programs for promoting anti-racism and community harmony and it also helps for improving the cultural understanding and good relationship among the children. For meeting the cultural needs of the students we have to implement different tools and strategies. We have to provide training and workshops to the staffs for understanding the cultural difference and for improving their teaching skills and abilities. The staff have to interact positively with the students. The staff should understand the drawbacks of different culture and have a positive approach towards the students. They should adopt inclusive language that helps them to achieve the objectives of learning (Gorham et al 2020). The staff should actively discourage classroom misbehavior. The behavior of the staff should be polite and pleasant. In the classroom, the staff should understand the feelings and emotions of the students which help to boost the confidence level and help to reduce problems. The cordial relationship between staff and students help to have open, honest and classroom discussion. To improve the knowledge, skill and abilities of the staff, it is better to provide workshops and seminars. The staffs also have to provide an opportunity for the students to engage in different...
