Introduction
Mechanical engineering (ME) is engineering disciplines that combine engineering physics as well as mathematical principles with the material science to analyze, design, manufacture, or maintain mechanical system. It’s a branch of the engineering that can involve design, production and machinery operation. The job of ME is the most significant jobs in the whole world. As a mechanical engineer, I must take various measures to ensure that my project is carried out on time, and must use a variety of experience to ensure that work is completed efficiently moreover on time (Yu and Chen, 2016). Additionally, this article also discusses the skills I use to ensure that my commitment to my work is appropriate and to effectively apply these changes.
Overview of the Proposed Changes
As the project leader, in my mechanical engineering projects, I felt the need to make some changes to ensure that work was completed in an very effective ways, moreover I must also ensure that the adoption of these changes will have a positive impact on the overall effects. The changes needed for the project to work effectively can be referred to as the availability of resources (including materials and manpower). Manpower means that more skilled and skilled workers in the field will be able to complete the work and ensure that unskilled the quality of work in personnel is good. In addition, this manpower demand will require more money investment in manpower costs to ensure that each of them can obtain the money they deserve for a longer period of time (Ahmadi, 2011). The increased payment of skilled manpower and material resources will enable them to do more work furthermore get better their business in the long run. Adding skilled manpower to actual projects can ensure that the work is completed in an efficient manner, and can save much time in return. Employing more manpower in the project work can also ensure that the number of people performing the work is reduced because they will not burden too much work that will hinder their health. I suggest that over time, more skilled human resources be used for this project.
Background information for the present situation and the proposed changes
The present state of project is from slow to medium speed, because of the lack of high-quality human resources, the work can be completed easily, and the materials used in the project (such as the raw materials used in the project) are also easy (Emami and Darabi, 2012). The lack of the skilled manpower is because of a shortage of funds, and money is needed to ensure that the proposed changes are made in a successful...
