    As presented in the article by Baumgartner, diversity is the most important aspect for creative thinking. The team, which consists of similar background, is more creative than other teams. According to the perspectives of Amabile, the best way to make someone's creativity better is to go abroad. It is not surprising that it allows living in a new culture and gives a chance to learn new ways to do new things. Therefore, diversification in one’s life brings thinking that is more creative. Firstly, they should understand the meaning of creativity.
