    In the highly competitive business world, the companies are experiencing cutthroat competition throughout. As each business, organisations want to establish themselves unique from each other; several planning and process are executed in order to create a brand loyalty in the perspective of the potential customers, as a human resource manager of the company. Several strategic approaches are taken in order to increase the competitive position of the company in the market- both local, as well as global.
