You will choose one of the topics below. For each topic I have provided a websitethat is making claims about the topic.You will begin your presentation by describing the claim and the website source (e.g., what is thewebsite, what is the objective of the source, what is it claiming about the product/topic). You willthen use PsycInfo in your library to search KPU library for peer-reviewed research articles inpsychology on the topic. You will use this information to describe the scientific evidence on the topic.You must read and cite at least 6 primary research articles related to your topic. You can use otherscholarly sources (e.g., your textbook), but you must have 6 research articles in your presentation.Most important component is to collect data and find out if there are gender differences in thedescriptions provided by the participants! (50% or 10 points!)Another purpose of this assignment is to have you apply your APA skills. Your assignment must bein APA 7 format. Your objective writing, organization, and APA formatting accounts for 10% pointsof the group assignment mark. Direct quotes are not permitted for this assignment. It is very importantto use in- text citations when completing this assignment. However, even when you are drawing fromthe work of another source you must use your own words. Please do not use direct quotes for thisassignment.
