Evidence · You must submit the completed assessment cover sheet and other evidence as outlined in the observation instructions, by online submission within the allocated time. · Ensure you keep a copy of your submitted work. In this scenario, they have been tasked by their manager (roleplayed by an assessor) to prepare and deliver a 15-minute presentation to their colleagues (roleplayed by other students) to help them become more familiar with their legal and ethical requirements and responsibilities. You are required to · identify which Acts and Legislation relate to this role and your client(s), particularly regarding · duty of care; · privacy and · dignity of risk. · access the Acts/Laws; · describe the ways they would apply to your work role and you client(s); · explain the consequences of three legal or ethical breaches that can potentially occur in your workplace for: · you in your professional role; · your client(s); · your employing community service organisation. · identify which organisations/individuals you would approach for legal assistance. You are also required to: · obtain feedback from at least 3 other students to assess your communication skills and effectiveness. · prepare and submit Power point slides as part of your oral presentation.
