n above have evaluated that I have a low to moderate ability within the context of self-management, self-awareness, social awareness and relationship management. However, difference in the views of the two persons, who have known me and evaluated the different characteristics for me. Thus, the different kinds of comparison can be brought on between the two evaluations. As supported by van der Schyff (2019), the assessment of a person can be different to different assessors as well as in context of different timelines. One of my friends shows the fact that I have social awareness and proper relationship management within my personality. In the evaluation, it is different. Nevertheless, both of them are very much sure about the self-awareness within me and it is exceptionally low as per their opinion. This shows that I need to work on these criteria more. Other than that, the difference between the views of the two different people is very confusing. In this case, to label, my personality there is an instrument named the Johari window.
