Festivals are made to entertain and learn new things. The festivals leave a great impact on society and these support the creative changes among the society. These provide them mental peace and promote mental health. The process of mental development comes through social and cultural exposure. This report focuses on the world of music and dance in Adelaide. The festival and the related process have been changed in 2021 to avoid the contamination of the Corona virus.
Besides, the authorities changes the process of entry and performances to control the Covid 19, this particular report will shed the light on the different types of the changes that happened in the event management of this festival and the how that eventually affect the process of this versatile. This festival has illustrated the fundamentals of company development and the process of how the event management companies behave according to the changes in society or natural calamities.
This project report would have highlighted the proper process of project analysis and even promote more sustainable event management procedures to run in the future.
