Executive Summary
    Sustainable development means a specific term which concentrated on the present demand of the world but not forgetting the future consequences as well. Through sustainable devel
opment, any specific object is based on both the president needs and the future situations related to the object as well. If the present deed can ruin the future and make the future consequences dangerous then it cannot be termed as sustainable development. This paper deals with sustainable development in the context of the tourism industry throughout the world. The tourism industry is a very huge business sector in today's world and it has a major contribution to the economic stability of the different countries. There are a lot of places where the main business sector or the source of money is based on the tourism industry itself. That is the reason why people should be more focused on the development of the tourism industry.
In the tourism industry, there are many places where the tourism industry focuses on the present need for tourism but it can have the potential of ruining that place in the future. This can confer a lot of damage to the tourism industry as well. That is the reason why the sustainable development of the tourism industry is really important because it can also examine the present need of the tourists and the after-effects of the different strategies the context of tourism as well. This paper deals with a detailed annotated bibliography based on the five articles the sustainable development in the context of five different countries like Australia, Nepal, India, China and Malaysia. The types of sustainable development of the tourism industry in these five countries are very different from each other and that will help to gain better observation about the variety of the interpretation of sustainable development in tourism sectors. This can help the readers to get a clear idea about the actual meaning of sustainable development in the context of the tourism industry.
