I'm in High School, doing pre-algebra. I have three online sections I need to complete to finish summer school. Really I need 5, but 3 to pass the class. It is a site that I need to work through called Moodle.

Welcome to Summer School Intensive Pre-Algebra B Course! In this course you will be working on Modules 6-10. This course will allow you to work at your own pace as you learn the important concepts of Pre-Algebra that will ultimately help you to be successful in Algebra and beyond. Remember thatit is a requirement for us to have daily contact via email or phone EVERYDAY,and thatwe must meet face-to-face once a week. I will be setting up Moodle office hours once a week where you will come in, enable your video and show me your completed written work.

For students to earna total of 5 modules this summer, you must complete about one lesson per day (i.e. lesson 1.1 Monday, lesson 1.2 Tuesday, lesson 1.3 Wednesday, etc) You will work through each module in Moodle, where links will take you to online activities, lesson videos, online practice and quizzes. The instructions in Moodle will also direct you to complete exercises in your companion workbook or worksheets that you will print out. I will be monitoring your progress, answering your questions, and determining your grade for each Module. You earn 1 math credit for each Module that you successfully complete. You will NOT earn credits if you are not doing the exercises in Desmos, Khan and Moodle. All three parts are required for credits."Successful completion" means that you complete the assigned exercises and understand the material enough to pass the quizzes and end of unit test. It is more important for you to comprehend the material in the modules you complete than for you to complete all 5 modules. Feel free to get extra help from others, but make sure they are helping youunderstandand not just helping youfinish the work.

All students must get a Khan Academy course code from the instructorbefore beginning each module. All students must also attendtwo hours of tutoring through FEV every week.

Best wishes for successful completion of Intensive Pre-Algebra this summer!

If you run into any glitches along the way, be sure to notify your instructor immediately ([email protected]), so that you can continue to make progress in the course).

Note that I will be making DAILY email contact with you and you will be required to meet with me face -to-face in Moodle once a week.
