A) Who are the stakeholders?
Stakeholders for the MML Company are its customers, business partners, management and the company for which is a part of Polish Multinational. Customers are the main priority as all the products are being manufactured keeping in mind the requirements of the consumers and how well they want the services to be. According to Mitchell et al. (2015), management and business partners keep track of all the work done by the company to achieve the desired goal. They have a strong knowledge on how the product need to be defend and its purpose.
