Executive Summary
Change management is extremely important for the organisations which operate in highly dynamic environment. In order to ensure we transition from one stage to another, we need to make sure that we deploy a well thought through strategy and use a relevant model for the change management as we have discussed. We can use Kurt Lewin's 3 step

We need to assess the change management strategy in the different cases and industries to understand how it faired there and whether it can be effective in our organization too.
