I had a look at their letter head paper and this is what their letterhead looks like. Your Letterhead Template should resemble this as close as possible. (Use the same font). Because this Letterhead is quite big, you will need to use a top margin of one cm. Note: Hilary and Rob like the font in their letters to be Calibri 12 pt.
