A good literature review is based on three foundations:

a good research question;

a relevant collection of literature, and

skills of smart reading and writing, identifying findings of your selected literature and describing these findings tocontextualiseyour search question.

Paradox: In order to decide what literature to review, one will need a few questions to draw boundaries of one’s research area. But research questions are generated from one’s familiarity with the existing literature of one’s chosen topic.

A few tips:

think of a research topic you are interested in;

generate a few research questions from your topic;

do a library search to see if you can find answers to your questions;

if not, collectrelevantliterature by searching and downloading journal papers;

identify thesis statements or/and findings in these papers: pay attention to abstracts (read smartly,andannotate conscientiously and purposefully);

clearly identify what you think is a gap in the existing research;

describe your thought in a way that justifies your research aim; and finally

check whether your research question(s) will fill your identified research gap.

Your written Literature Review should include the following:

A title

Indicate a research area and state your research question

Introduction(200 words)

Briefly state the purpose and structure of your Lit Review.

Body(1,500 words)

Organise your review of the literature either by topic, theme, historical background, or theories;

Critically evaluate your selection of the literature by describing findings and limitations of this research;

Inform your readers how your research question is derived from your selection of literature; and

state in what ways your research will contribute to the existing knowledge.

Conclusion(300 words)

Summarise the main points of your analysis of your selected literature;

One or two sentences on the significance of your research.

References

Minimum 10 entries

You can use either Chicago Style Sheet, APA, or MLA, but you must beconsistentin your choice of style both in the in-text referencing and the Bibliography.

Introduction 
Volunteer sector in the globalized era is gaining its acceptance as this sector is considered to be the most influential aspect in the competitive market. In the marketing field, there are numerous sectors working for profitability and growth in the international field.  This sector is working in the charitable trusts and in the welfare of the community. These sectors are running for nonprofit motives and practicing betterment of the human culture. In this current proposed content the impact and importance of the volunteer sector in global charities will be discussed with the help of current literate content. Academic supervisors and   researches will be incorporated in proposing the subject matter efficiently. Apart from that the limitations and   research findings will be developed.  Finally the research findings and outcomes will be summed up in the conclusion part. 
Aim and objectives 
The aim of the research is as follows:

· To  understand the important attributes of volunteer that contributes in the welfare of global charities

Literature review 
In this era of modernization corporate sectors are playing significant role in contributing to the world's economy. The volunteer sector deals with the welfare of community and doing effective practices to make the world better in every possible perspective.  The researcher here in intended to examine the perspectives of volunteer works in regards to the global charities (Bock, Eastman, & Eastman, 2018). In the foremost step kit will be an important aspect to convey the concept of volunteer sector here in before throwing search light on its interpretation to the global charity field. As has been documented, volunteer sectors are widely known as nonprofit organizations, community trade and more. These organizations are nongovernmental organization that exists only to serve benefits to the community in the larger or smaller scale. For instance, a community trade works in the regional area and works for education perspective. 
This is a small scale in regards to the geographical dimension while it is an important aspect to mention that, the education perspective is a huge concept along with the most import important aspect Maron & Louis, 2018). Thus, these sectors somehow try to do the better for human living; likewise, in healthy and hygiene terms, literacy terms, corporate terms or something.  These sectors has great role to play in the world's economy and   growth rate of numeracy.  These sectors do not works for profit as they have only intention to support the well being of human life and culture. In this era of digitalization Government bodies are accepting these sectors and supporting as well with financial terms. Apart from that, it has been developed that,   digital networking is also contributing to the third sector or voluntary sector to make the   sector skilful Hurley, 2017).  
It has been evident that the   global charities share an efficient relation with the volunteers as they are in the same field and working for the same cause. According to Steele, Dredge & Scherrer, (2017), volunteer sector crucially depends on the  volunteers to accomplish their objectives and goals as in this section the volunteers work for no salary. Volunteer activities works for various subsets such as health organizations, educational; perspectives, corporate social responsibilities and more. There are various institutions and charitable organizations that work as the third or community sector. For instance, Oxfam help the aged, children in need and more.
