The topic of this study paper is associated with the training of employees in the organization who are the assets of the business and directly related to the productivity of the organization. The authors here determine the key factor in the strategic management system that helps the organization to develop its business growth. Here, the authors clearly explain that training of employees is the major factor that increases the individual skill of employees and it is playing a major role in the organization.
Here, they use the context of a Pharmaceutical company of Pakistan and explain the performance of employees that can enhance the personal skill as well the overall performance of the organization. The authors are following the quantitative method to complete his research project. However, the article is providing a positive and influencing approach performance theory of employees in the organization. Therefore, it is concluded that the performance of employees is standing on the appropriate training session arranged for them.
Analysis
The research question is significant in the aspect of performance of employees in the organization. The author succeeds to relate employee performance to the employee training and it helps the reader to understand the base of performance management. The article is contributing to the real fact behind the good performance of an organization. However, the research of the author is developing a clear concept of employee performance and in this context; the author took the help of quantity method that provides practical evidence for the research.
The author can improve a better way of developing more journals. The sample size is not sufficient but still, it provides enough evidence to the readers to understand the real fact behind the performance of employees in the organization. However, the research has some limitations, as it cannot gather enough information that required developing the research work and sample size was small.
Application
This research is providing differ knowledge such as training procedure behind the success of the overall performance of the organization. There may more factors such as motivation and job satisfaction is applicable to employee performance. The source of this research will help us to recognize the behavioral approach of employees and it describes a supportive way that we can develop the overall performance of the organization by developing the individual skill of employees in their organization.
However, the overall performance of the organization is also positively affected by this procedure. This quantitative method of the research project will help me to search out the practical knowledge associated with the performance of the organization. The article is focusing on such definite knowledge that can be utilized in the global prospect as training and employees’ performance is an international issue in order to develop the organizational goals. However, it is applicable the entire world and carrying an international trade value.
