Conduct the appropriate t-test to compare whether there was a mean difference between the variables Before (amount of chocolate eaten before mindfulness training) and After (amount of chocolate eaten after mindfulness training) and save the SPSS output. Write up the results in APA format (4-6 sentences), including: • Briefly state the objective of the research study based on the provided information. • The type of t-test and the variables used. • The finding of the t-test, including the M and SD or SE for each condition (you can report either SD or SE, not both) • The statistical evidence, including t(df), p, 95% CI, and effect size • An overall interpretation of the finding Step 3.
