work he or she is doing in a company that has a global presence or operation. A global manager is responsible for managing the team of employees or the business operations that operate in different culture and in different time zones. This nature of work now calls for the requirement of specific set of skills and capabilities for a global manager. To define in brief every managers present today can be considered as a global manager. A global manager needs to be quick in assessing the needs of the business and its employees, he should ensure the interactions are successful to meet deliverables and accomplish the organizational goals. The report intends to create an analysis of the roles of a global manager, how personal experiences of manager could help them out to out - perform as a global manager and what are the personal developments one could earn by working in this post.
The business has started crossing the bounders and integrating the world markets in this 21st era. This new dimension of business has raised the role of a manager to global manager.
