Analysis of the module
Module 1.1: From this module, I learned that there are two ways to look at the nature of an organization: the organization is a process; the organization is a structure or framework of relationships. I will definitely use it in future workplaces as these reflect the roles and functions of managers in the context of the challenges and risks that must be addressed in a changing environment. This content provides a management model that understands the details of the organization to guide future practices (Karanika-Murray & Michaelides, 2015).
