After the devastating outcome of World War 2, in the year 1945, the United Organisation was incorporated to promote international peace and harmony among all the nations. Its headquarters is in New York City. There are at present 193 member countries with two observers. The current Secretary-General of U.N. is Antonio Guterres.

Being an international organization for the promotion of peace following are the corporate cultures that are adhered by the bureaucrats and the senior managers of U.N. The main elements are:
· The model of Clan Culture is always followed and promoted by the senior members of United Organisations. The main intention of all the members of this organization to play an instrumental role in the progress of International Peace. The senior managers maintain amicable, integrity and collaborative work and corporate culture with all the employees of this organization so that the corporate foundation can be strengthened.
· Besides the clan culture, the element of Adhocracy culture is also maintained by the Senior Managers of U.N. Adhocracy is the very dynamic and innovative environment in which the leaders are always seen as motivating and inspirational (Jones, 2013). The leaders help the employees to execute their profile with confidence. Apart from this, the managers of this organization hear to the employees and share the possibility of any risk.
· Hierarchy Culture is the last corporate element that is emulated by the senior managers of U.N. Under the hierarchy culture, the leaders always monitor the activities.
