Introduction
Considering the lucrative profit margin available in Australian apparel market, Apparel Brands came into existence in 1901. The company engaged itself in manufacturing and distributing generic clothing and footwear to reputed Australian brands. The generic orders were manufactured as per the requirements of the retailer clients and the products were then given logo and
sticker of specific brands and sold at higher rates. Considering the fact that Apparel Brands is an Australian company and Australian dollar has high global economic value, the Asian outsourcing became the first choice for apparel retailers in Australia in terms of outsourcing their production and manufacturing processes. The overseas manufacturers offer more profit margins and Apparel Brands’ business propositions declined, hinting at steady decline for the coming two years, therefore, the company decided to create their own brands in the market to sell and profit from their products. The benefits e-commerce business platforms were also included in the organisation’s changed business policies.
Vision
Apparel Brands has the vision of leveraging over the Australian clothing manufacturing in the next five years by setting-up a range of innovative online clothing brands.
Goals and Objectives of the Formed Team
The goal and objectives of a team and the vision for expected outcome determine the strength of the team functionality and its priorities. As noted by Mehta and Mehta (2018), setting of goal and objectives for the team give guidelines and direction of what is needed to be done individually as well as collectively, while being a part of a team. This provides better understanding for the team about their role in completion of job, and tasks they need to be performed to complete the job. The major task of the team under my direction will attempt to transform the policies, functions and business strategies of Apparel Brands from a clothing manufacturer to an e-commerce clothing retailer in the Australian Market.
Proposing Strategy
The team has planned to use the strategy of the offering innovative and exclusive services and products to the customers in the market via online marketing platform. In order to cater the interest of the customers Apparel Brands will be rebranded and the products will be designed as pr the needs of the customers.

· What product price and quality will be offered to customers?
· What will be the target customer, market and needs of customers?
· What network should we used to connect to seek help from other expertise?
· What can benefit the brand; low cost or high productivity?
· What kind of research will be done to gather the information on setting up of online venture?

Forming a Team
Once the objectives are set and the vision for the project is made clear, the team is formed with each member allocated task based on their own expertise in the functional area like conduction of research or setting up of online website. Once the team is set-up, meeting with the team members will be held, after conduction of thorough discussion, duties will be assigned to every team member.
Working with Team
3 (a) Planning Process
Considering the fact that every team member will have equal contribution in planning process, multiple strategies have been included in the process. To start with, participation in the meetings this includes weekly meetings. These weekly meetings allow every team member to get update of each other progress. It allows them to monitor the overall progress of the project, and to identify the scope of improvement. These teams need to be connected through emails and Intranet for communication. Communication is very necessary in teamwork. As suggested by Gluyas (2015), good communication allowed building the strong team. It helps in building the trust in between the time. Brainstorming sessions’ help in identifying the new ideas as all team members are given the scope of invest in thinking differently instead of a typically proven solution. It allows team members to discuss the innovative ideas, and get feedback or concern from other team members. For the active participation of each member, it is necessary to assign important duties to all team members and they were briefed about what is expected from them. They were given coaching so that they can seek guidance about way of completing the task.
3 (b) Work Policy within Team
Team can be functional only when each team member actively participates, and take responsibility for their task. This can be done by providing all the necessary resources needed by team members in completing their tasks. Then, they must be trained and guided to developed skills in the individual necessary perform their task effectively. They must be provided with environment which help them in performing their tasks well and they can easily as well as honestly accepted their tasks. It is worth the mention that task of providing resources, the creating of suitable working environment and making members of the team know their specified task as individuals as well as a part of a group depends heavily on the responsiveness of the team management. The work policy needed is providing training to the team members for their assigned task, regular assessment of the performance of the team member, and providing feedback for their performance. Providing resources needed to complete task along with assessment of skills before assigning of specific tasks.
It is necessary to provide support to every team member when they find it difficult in completing the task. Support can be given by motivating team members or helping them in completion of task wherever they get stuck. Each team member must be asked to follow the standard policies and procedures laid in the organisation. Each of the team members is also considered responsible for their own actions and contingencies generated from the non-abidance of the guidelines and policies developed by the team management. Apart from this, they need to follow code of ethics practice in the organisation. Each team members were provided with job description. This allows them to understand their role and responsibilities. Responsibility assignment matrices tool have been allowed in assigning task to the team member (Zhou et al., 2015).

This tool is also known as RACI model. As suggested by Dana, Mukaj and Vishkurti (2016), this model helps in identifying the roles and responsibilities of team members when organisation undergoes changes. Transformation does not happen overnight; neither gets it done by itself. Transformation comes when each employee in the organisation brings change either in their task or method of performance.

RACI stands for responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed. These four parameters are used in matrix to make the decision. RACI chart allows the outlines the activities that need to be done in the organisation and the roles of team member which needs to be performed.
