In the golden words of Les Brown, "Your ability to communicate is an important took in your pursuit of your goal". I
n business or personal facet communication plays a critical role in attainment of goals. Indeed, I agree with your prospective, characteristic of an effective business communication is inclined in interchanging the information such that it promotes culture of organization and drive employees to achieve their targets thereby enhancing the revenue such that business becomes more profitable. What I like most about your response is how you highlighted the ley importance to the body language, non-verbal cues like facial expressions and tone in order to determine whether the communication is effective or not. What I found missing in your response is the importance of Listening skills in order to make communication effective and productive. Since it is one of the integral aspects to conduct excellent communication yet most understated element. This is root cause of many conflicts, miss-understanding as well as wrong decisions made over time. Since, people fail to listen and only focus on what to say next. Today we live in an era where most of us are online 24x7, indeed a world that is highly driven by speed, technology and stress.
