Healthcare Barriers or Issues to be addressed Within the healthcare organization, there is the presence of some barriers or issues, which render hindrance in the delivery of proper pregnancy care within the maternity wards. Antenatal care is the primary care process in case of offering care to pregnant women. In the case of offering ANC care to the patients, the nurses are facing issues due to the lack of monitoring system within the maternity wards of the hospitals (Diniz et al., 2020). With the lack of monitoring systems, they cannot monitor the progress of fetal growth and ascertain the wellbeing of the mother and the fetus. Caseload is proved as the other primary issue, which is observed in case of offering emergency care to the patient in the maternity ward during their pregnancy. Issues of the caseload within the hospitals define the failure in case of distributing the health human resources within the care process (Freeman, Neiterman & Varathasundaram, 2020). It examined the efficiency of intensive institutional networks and diverse human resources. In that case, the care process of pregnant patients faced issues due to the shortage and imbalance of the health system. Furthermore, the lack of introduction of proper human resources within the maternity ward justified the failure of the hospitals to deliver proper care to the pregnant women in that ward. In that case, it is noticed that the delivery of drugs and access to knowledge among the healthcare professionals require its improvements. 2. Solutions to Resolve those Barriers in Healthcare With the involvement of the developed care process in the hospital, the issues or the barriers that are presented within the maternity care wards of the hospitals can be reduced with success. The solutions that can help to reduce those barriers are listed below: · Introduction of proper monitoring within the maternity ward can help to reduce the issues that are coming with the delivery of ANC services to pregnant women. This process clearly defined that with the presence of the monitoring system in the maternity wards of the hospitals, the nurses can monitor every movement of the patients. It will allow them to deliver proper ANC care to the service users (Shibata, Kaneko & Inoue, 2018). Not only that, but also this monitoring process will allow the nurses to take necessary steps in case of a process of issues in the well-being of the mother and the fetus. · Healthcare sector should introduce developed human resources such as skilled healthcare professionals, training of nurses and developed organizational structure within their care services. Involvement of the developed human resources within the hospitals may help to offer emergency care to the pregnant women within the maternity ward. In that case, the patients may not face any issues due to the lack of caseload (Ufitinema et al., 2016). Therefore, the presence of developed human resources also will help to maintain the availability of intensive institutional networks within the maternity ward to offer emergency services to patients. · Maintenance of consistently performing workforce in the hospitals will be the other solution to maintain developed case services within the maternity wards of the hospitals. It will help to offer care to patients during their pregnancy. In that case, it can be mentioned that with the presence of a developed workforce, in the maternity ward, the delivery of drugs can be done quickly according to the requirements (Diniz et al., 2020). Furthermore, this development process also will allow doctors to take help from the nurses at the time of offering care services within the maternity wards. 3. Organizational Resources Needed to Accomplish Changes In the case of adopting changes within the maternity ward of the hospital, there is the requirement of developed technologies. Presence of developed technologies can help in the proper monitoring of patients within the maternity ward. Therefore, proper management of human resources is also required. Management of the human resources within the hospitals can help to manage the human resource needs within the care process of patients in maternity wards (Austad et al., 2017). Furthermore, the management team of the hospitals must recruit eligible employees within their services. Recruitment of eligible candidates can help to supply proper work force in the case process of pregnant patients in the maternity ward. 4. Identifying Strategies to Create a Clear Vision for Internal and External Stakeholders Clinical and research programs can be an effective strategy for offering a clear vision of healthcare to the internal stakeholders such as doctors, nurses and care professionals. This medical research program will help them to have developed ideas for offering their services with success. On the other hand, strategic planning of the healthcare services can be introduced for presenting a clear vision of care services to the external stakeholders (Day et al., 2019). This planning may help to present the clear idea of the healthcare services of the hospitals in front of law agencies, other healthcare agencies and government. 5. Identifying Stakeholders with Expertise to Create Effective Workgroups or Collaborators In case of the development of the care services in the maternity wards, there is the requirement of engaging skilled care professionals. The presence of skilled care professionals can help to offer developed services to the patients according to their needs. Therefore, the involvement of law agencies is also required to manage effective workgroups. Presence of law agencies can help the management team of the hospitals to introduce developed models in their services meeting rules and regulations (Wilson et al., 2020). Furthermore, the management team of the hospitals should involve shareholders in their business. With the involvement of shareholders in the workforces, hospitals can take resources to develop their expertise in healthcare in the maternity wards. This process will allow the management team of hospitals to implement developed technologies and devices within the maternity wards for carting effective workgroups or collaborators in the maternity ward. 6. Expected Outcomes for Initiating this Proposal Objectives Outcome Time Development in the medical services Presence of development in the medical care services will help to offer developed services to the care users 1 year Reduction of issues from maternity care services Developed skills of nurses will help to reduce issues. With the reduction of the issues from the healthcare services nurses can deliver proper care to the patients according to their needs 8 months Availability of manpower Availability of manpower in the maternity wards can help the doctors to have the required resources at the time of offering care to the pregnant women 6 months Availability of the human resources With the presence of proper human resources in the maternity wards, the patients can take proper services in case of their emergency 10 months References Austad, K., Chary, A., Martinez, B., Juarez, M., Martin, Y. Dissemination Plan
The current initiation plan has three major segments in order to address the issue of care
provided to the pregnant women in the ward. At first, it is noted that Proper supervision inside the maternity ward will help minimize the difficulties that come with providing pregnant women with ANC services (Asutad et al, 2017). The process clearly established the nurses can track any movement of patients with the presence of the monitoring system in the maternity wards of the hospitals. It will enable them to provide the service users with proper ANC treatment. This phase will be evaluated by seeing the degree of monitoring with which, ANCs approach the ward and their efficacy at work. The skills projection and efficiency in work are the two major dimensions to disseminate the plan here. A perfect coordination is expected between the RNCs and other staff members who are at work in the maternity ward (Shibata et al, 2018).
Secondly, case load has been provided as one of the major issues dominating and affecting the quality of care provided to the pregnant women. Established human capital such as trained healthcare...
