Executive Summary
This assignment is based on the annotated bibliography of five different articles. Articles have been reviewed according to the different attributes. These include the sectional divisions including the rationale presented in the research, the methods used in the research and the literature review. Finally, the results and conclusions of the articles have been discussed.

The rationale for the research
This article is rational with the subject matter that refers to the challenges associated with the sustainability and development of the tourism sector as it highlights the entire prevailing paradigm of the tourism sector that affects the overall business. This paper also rectifies common elements of a sustainable feature that provides alternate for the sustainable tourism business.
Methods
The author of this article has approached several journals and thesis paper to collect appropriate data for this article. Apart from this, the researcher has also collected data from different data resource from the annual and statistic report. However, threes data has helped the researcher to explain the criteria of the sustainability and development of tourism business
Literature review
The major idea of this article has described that the sustainability and development of tourism business have dependent of some paradigm such as neoliberalism, stakeholders, price rate, anthropocentrism, orientation, space and promotion and growth of tourism business (Budeanu, Miller, Moscardo & Ooi, 2016). Moreover, the paper discloses had that the implication of tourism business is dependent on the alternative paradigm such as business attitude and hospitality behaviour.
Findings
The findings of the paper refer that sustainability of tourism business requires to maintain some essential paradigm such as price rate, space and promotion, neoliberalism activities and growth of the business. However, the development of the business can be secure by the implication of strategic business attitude and behavioural approach towards travellers.
Conclusion
It is concluded that the sustainability of the business is dependent on consistent growth and neo-liberalism approaches. On the other hand, the development of tourism business is requiring the power of a new paradigm that it can expand worldwide.
