How can I analyze how the use of technology has impacted organizational communication both positively and negatively. How has technology impacted the verbal and nonverbal cues used in interpreting messages?

I believe that the use of modern technology has impacted how organizational communication works both in a positive and negative type of sense. I believe this to be true due to the fact that technology changes all the time; which causes things throughout the business world to change. This is normal for most businesses; because if we were to stick with the same exact technology for years and years to come, then the age of technology would make businesses suffer from not being able to communicate with one another on the latest level of communication.

I could analyze the use of modern technology through organizational management and communication; by making sure that the company in which I work for, is up to date on their own technology, and by using their modern technology is an organized type of fashion. Being able to use organizational communication within the workplace; maybe challenging, especially for those certain type of people whom have a difficult time of being organized within their own workplace. This could have a negative effect on a person's work performance; especially if a person does not know how to communicate properly. Being organized can sometimes take some skill work in order; for a positive impact to occur in someone's work performance.

How has technology impacted the verbal and nonverbal cues used in interpreting messages? Technology plays a major role in how we are able to communicate with one another; as well as how be perceive things in regards to communicating with each other. Interpreting messages; can be an easy task; thanks for the use of modern technology. An example of this could include; smartphones. Smartphones are used my millions of people across the globe. This is how we usually communicate with each other in order to get our messages across; via email, text messages, or by use of the internet. The majority of people whom work in businesses; use smartphones in order to communicate with their coworkers, employers, or clients. Technology can be used to communicate with people verbally or non-verbally; this can depend on what kind of communication is being processed.

The use of modern technology has impacted organizational communication both positively and negatively. The use of video, audio, oral, non-verbal and or written communication; would let most of us to be able to work on both projects, use social multi-media, as a great way to communicate. Intercultural communication is always welcomed in regards to the use of technology; due to different cultures and religions
