Ans, 1) we use the concept of equilibrium of forces and balancing of forces,
For Equilibrium,
ΣFy = 0
TA sin ƟA + TB sin ƟB = W ----[1]
ΣFx = 0
TA cos ƟA = TB cosƟB----[2]
On solving equation 1 and 2 we get TA and TB
Ans 2 a) For Equilibrium,
ΣFy = 0
W is acting in -y direction so to neutralize this W the resultant of TA and TB should be opposite to direction to direction of W...
