Complete the following tasks for a CONSTRUCTION company of your choice. It can be a
fictitious or real company. Make sure that no information is copied from other sources.
2. 1: Write an EMS Policy for that company in accordance with the ISO 14001 requirements
(approx. one page)
2. 2: Identify at least 5 stakeholders of the organisation and determine minimum 2 needs for
each stakeholder (approx. one page).
2. 3: Identify at least 10 processes (activities) that describe the organisation’s operations.

environmental aspects. The 10 environmental aspects should not include any repeat aspects.
