Discussion of the report presents the importance of human resource management in the successful operation of the company performances. In that respect in the discussion, there is the presence of the issues or challenges that the human resource department of Woolworths is facing in the performances of international business. With the clear observation of the discussion part,

Introduction
Human resource management (HRM) is one of the effective approaches for the management of the amount of the overall business activities. HRM is serving the ways in front of the business organization to manage the organizational operation through the involvement of strategic operation within it. Thus business companies also can gain competitive advantages in case of performing their business activities in the existing business market as the HRM is serving the path of success to the companies to take the strategic objectives of the organization. Furthermore, business organizations also can make their business strategies through the adaptation of HRM practices in their organizational structure.
As stated by Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart and Wright (2017), HRM within the organization is taking the responsibilities in case of adoption of new strategies, employment, training and development of their organizational work practices. Discussion of the reports is based on the challenges that the HRM of the retail company of Australia, Woolworths is facing in the international business. In that respect in the discussion part, there is a clear analysis of the current challenges that the HRM of Woolworths is facing in their international business. Therefore, there is also the presence of the justification of those challenges and their impact on the future activities of the HR department of the company presented.
Current Challenges Affecting International HRM (IHRM) of Woolworths
Foreign Laws and Regulations
The international business operation involves various laws and orders within it and that also requires the proper maintenance at the time of the business performances. There is the involvement of rules in different sectors of international as well as global trading are such as investments, sales, recruitment and exporting. Therefore, various laws serves challenges to Woolworths in their business operation within the business market of the global business market. According to Cascio (2015), trade law is the basic factor that serves a negative impact to the performance of the company. In the transportation process of products, the company has to pay extra tax to the government of the country and this includes the extra cost to the destined budget of the company. Implementation of extra cost in the company budget serves extra cost to the products and services of Woolworths.
Increasing the price of products and services serves negative impact to attract customers towards the company services. There is also the presence of government transaction rules in the commercial transaction of Woolworths and that serves hindrance in the easy transportation of company products to the other countries. Furthermore, the involvement of taxation policy within the international business also requires extra cost from the business organizations (Bratton & Gold, 2017). The taxation policies are also serving challenges to Woolworths in setting the cost structure of the company.
International Company Structure
Company structure in the international business is different from the business structure of the local business companies. Through the overview of the company structure within the international business context, it is observed that the company structure is involving the complex method within it. In the global business structure of the company is divided into different sections are such as operations, finance, marketing, human resources. Thus, the different departments of the global business companies are also divided into more sections. Activities of international business companies are controlled and operated with the involvement of those departments.
The proper maintenance of all the activities of those departments is not an easy task. In the maintenance of activities of different departments are serving complex method to Woolworths. As opined by Son, Baek and Ban (2018), the HRM team of Woolworth is facing challenges in the management of activities of the associated staff of the company in different department of the company. The basic challenge that the management team of Woolworth is facing in terms of the structure of the company in the international business market is the lack of communication.
