Ask these questions and summarise in notes:

1..3.    What is the organisation’s health and safety policy and procedure?
1..4.    How maintenance (faults) and health and safety requirements are met?  Are external services providers used for maintenance and health and safety?

1..5.    How are facility operational plans and budgets set for the business area?

1..6.    What are the facility or service constraints in the next 12 months?

1..7.    How does the Golden Institute management expect the business resource plan to be monitored and reported?


To determine the resource requirements and improve the resource management systems the Operations Manager has asked you to undertaken and report on these three activities.
