Double Jeopardy is the 1999 American crime thriller, adventure movie (The Atlantic, 2019). The director of the movie is Bruce Beresford. The story of the movie revolves around a woman, Libby and how she was wrongfully accused and imprisoned for murder of her husband who had trapped her.
Summary
Libby is the protagonist of the film, Double Jeopardy (Rogerebert.com, 2019). Libby is falsely accused and imprisoned for the murder of her husband, Nick. In the entire film, Libby comes across the different phases of life struggle and betrayal, suffering to find out her husband, who has falsely trapped Libby in a plan to accuse her of murdering her husband. Libby wants to find her husband, who is not dead and has claimed insurance policy of his life of two million dollars under their son, Matty.
Libby sets out to find her husband after released on parole....
