Assessment 3 – Part B (10 Marks) This assessment will be due by Friday 11:55pm Week 12. Requirements: Assessment 3 is an Individual Assessment. It is the final major assessment for this Unit as there is no exam in COIT20249. Part B: Peer Assessment (10 marks) The purpose of the peer assessment task is to clarify the student's understanding of the Part A task. Each student will be asked to assess an Assessment 3 – Part A produced by of one of their peers. Before commencing the peer assessment task, the tutor will email to each student a copy of a written report submitted by one of their peers. The student will submit a Peer Assessment Document (1 to 2 pages only) • Identify the strengths of the report • The areas of the report that need improvement. The digital era highly requires efficiency in the application of technology ICT such as communication and information technology require massive improvement in the competencies and skills of the professionals. In the context of professional development regarding ICT is massively attained by the utilisation of ICT. The utilisation of this framework massively helps candidates to develop skills regarding information technology and it increases the extent of technical knowledge regarding the development of career paths. The use of the SFIA framework has helped me to increase my competencies to work with people of different backgrounds. Furthermore, I have massively developed my computer operating skills, which has assisted me to prepare as an effective candidate for the career of data analyst. The enhancement of skills is massively addressed by the use of the SFIA framework (Sfia-online.org, 2022). SFIA provides massive flexibility in designing new skills according to the job roles. Hence, in the context of developing new skills, SFIA possesses massive importance in learning and professional development. Hence, my ability to generate greater customer satisfaction is important for assuring my choice of becoming an IT analyst in future. In a workplace, it comes forward with the projection of playing the role of getting the right kind of paying career field.
