Executive Summary
This case study is about competition in today’s hospitality sector, esp
ecially when operating in a large economy, can be intense. Although the value of standing out from the competition is known by most hoteliers, it can be a complicated question of how to do so efficiently, on travel agent networks. The combination of Smartling with AEM enabled InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) gain more insight into its process of translation, improve localised content quality and realise productivity improvements that contributed to wage increases. Employee development systems can be difficult to execute on a wide scale effectively. These services also include recognising specific needs, measuring progress and obtaining tools that can help close gaps in information. The analytics tool provides hotels with insight into how the technique operates. This data lets hotels adjust the strategy as needed. They use these tools to learn how many hotels are receiving website visitors, as well as their place, the pages they access and what sort of computer they use. Another important productivity was to draw on similar content that lives around the enterprise of IHG. IHG should be able to do whatever it takes to satisfy the guests and involve them with their company only when need to have a firm commitment.

Introduction
A number of targeted trends have directly affected IHG's performance: the emergence of mobile hotel openings and rising inventory, an embargo in Qatar and other factors have led to a pressure on prices and the suppression of ADRR. This case study is all about guiding the IHG to improve their sales and market connectivity so that it can attract more consumers and play sustainably in the market.

This SWOT review offers a brief but succinct summary of the hotels' strengths, limitations, threats and opportunities. Strengths are people can never absolutely stop travelling. That is a great power, becoming a sector heavily dependent on tourists. As mentioned by Takacs and Vaduva (2017), if the catering industry is the same, individuals can never give up eating.
It is an open sector, for youth and women, as this sector provides work opportunities. In addition, the potential for a career can be offered to people with limited training. It is a multinational industry with markets that are incredibly foreign. It cannot be manufactured or outsourced because of its labour intensive and customer-oriented nature. It is a versatile industry that manages relatively simple modifications.
Weakness includes strong dependence on visitors, who are very vulnerable to political incidents. For most parts of the industry, heavy seasonal dependence can be noticed. For instance, when it relates to CSR and environment, it appears to be reactive rather than proactive.
Low productivity: low margins of income and low value added. As indicated by El-Sawalhy and Farid (2017), opportunities include the older population could fuel the shift in gender structures of the integrated catering companies sub-sector: more women joining the labour force means less time to prepare meals.
This also means an incentive for the industry to get the labour it wants. The pattern of greater demands on performance could bring value to the industry. Threats are wide black market poses a threat to workplace practices, which, in the longer run, poses a threat to the competitiveness of the sector in hiring skilled employees. The shortage of adequately trained staff jeopardises the sector's efficiency. Long distance travel will decrease and therefore harm the industry if the climate threat increases.
2)
In my opinion, google analytics and google alerts can eventually help to develop the personal branding. Rangarajan, Gelb and Vandaveer (2017) have described that google has fantastic free software and there is no exception to their analytics. As noted by BenMessaoud, Kshirsagar, Handlon, Hall and Husted (2019), in the case of google alerts, it helps to understand what people are thinking about hotel business.
Moreover, Google Notifications will assist hotel in doing just that. It could be the name, the names of business rivals and even industrial world, just go to Google Alerts and type whatever terms business (IHG) would like to get alerts on. As...
