For the successful completion of the report, students have to provide their understanding of the skills required for doing a successful job, building reputation as an employee and work as a member of a team/family to get the work done.

Task Requirements:
1.1 Executive summary (200 word do not count in case study)
1)What’s in it for you working in Hospitality and Tourism industry? Use SWOT for your career planning to justify?
2)IHG as a recruiter and employer does look for personal brands in job applicants. What tools should graduates integrate into developing their personal brands so that they can be part of such Hotels?
3)What practices made “IHG-The Brand: with the best employees”. Use the 3E Model to justify?
4)Mention three strategies you have learnt from Work Integrated Learning that will pave you the way for applying for IHG Hotels?
5)“IHGCelebrates Seventh Straight Year as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality”- Explain M.O.R.T.A.R, in relation to workplace culture and justify how the case study relates to it?
6)Illustrate five employability trends in tourism and hospitality. Are these trends being followed by IHG Hotels?
7)Identify key skills and attributes necessary for a successful career with IHG Hotels?
8)What would be some of the biggest challenges in your professional and work lives if you were an expatriate working for IHG Hotel?
The submission should include the following:
1. A Title Page with your name and student number, the subject code and title, the name of the lecturer/tutor, and the title of the assessment;
2. An Introduction that provides a brief overview of your report and its content
3. The Main Body of the essay, which should include the questions mentioned in the assessment requirement
4. A Conclusion: A brief summary of your analysis and recommendations. A Reference List and in-text referencing in APA Referencing Style with a minimum of eight (8) references, including at least four academic references (e.g. from the journal articles, prescribed texts).
