Report for work - i have commenced. Two retreats were held to different cohorts, 1. Carers supporting a person who is aged or has dementia - 2 to 4 June 2017 at coolongatta Estate 2. Carers supporting a person with a mental illness or a disability at Coolongatta Estate - participants completed a questionnaire pre and post retreat to understand their wellbeing and knowledge on managing stress and increasing resilience; Self Care and Goal Setting.
