    The stakeholders of an organisation comprising internal team members such as legal, accounts, finance or even external members including brand partners need to be effectively communicated about the organisational missions by educating and informing the stakeholders, making lucid conversation about the product updates to maintain transparency and developing strong bonds and rapport with them.
How you would influence groups and individuals in the organisation?
    One of the basic features of leadership is positively influencing the groups and individuals working under the leader. The team members can be influenced by developing among them a sense of reliability on the leader and his decision-making abilities (Platow, Haslam, Reicher & Steffens, 2015). Furthermore, in crisis, the spontaneous activities to take charge of the situation and developing a sense of assertiveness, instead of an aggressive attitude towards other individuals are appropriate ways of influencing groups.
How you would build and support teams in the organisation?
    Constant motivation and encouragement to the individual team members for their contribution towards the productivity of the organisation as well as being empathetic and compassionate when the team members commit errors while performing their duties are ways to build and support teams.

    Amid high competitive pressure and other external factors in the business environment, the voice and opinions of the employees are mostly subdued. The democratic leadership style ensures the participation of all the team members and employees in the decision making process meant for achieving the organisational goals (Yahaya & Ebrahim, 2016). However, the actual power is vested upon the leader to take the final step for supporting the organisation’s missions.

    The business organisation is often surrounded with series of serious legal, financial and other issues. In such condition, the personal competence of showing courage and without fear taking bold steps significantly helps the organisation, in general and the workforce, in particular to fight the situation. Besides, the conflict management ability of the leader as a core professional competence supplements the effort.
How you would ensure leadership through compliance with legislative requirements?
    In the given situation, when the leadership is demonstrated through compliance with legislations, it has to necessarily implement right measures for identifying the conflicts of interest and mitigate them to protect the organisation from market abuses.
