    This is a specific aim for which team managers must exude optimism and communicate a clear vision, mission, and goal to their workers and operators so that they may comprehend the company's future objectives. Team leaders and senior management should recognize and acknowledge their workers' hard work and devotion to the company's success in order to drive them (Doz, 2020). A strong manager must establish norms and encourage innovation in order for employees to be more motivated at work. This is why I believe it is high.
