What I have come to realize is that if I am completely wretched and unable to manage my emotional conduct, then it is probably because of the fact of stress. I was not really paying attention to my stress and thereby managing it. This can in turn serious health issues which might serve as a contribut
ing factor for increased blood pressure. This might lead to heart attacks as well as suppress blood pressure. Therefore, I should aim to manage my stress in order to improve my emotional intelligence. Thereby taking a toll on my mental health. I should be taking appropriate measures in order to get rid of such situation by doing yoga and unlocking the blockage that stands in the way for attaining the peace of mind, this stress should be discarded accordingly by doing self-management. Since the environment appears to be dynamic and keeps on changing from time to time. Therefore, this will help in taking initiatives for the matters relating to commitments and thereby adapting to the changing circumstances. This will help me to gain control of my behavioural code of conduct as well as my feelings which is otherwise impulsive.
It is important to be completely in tune with the emotional code of conduct that will in turn help in serving a social purpose. It will help in connecting with other people as well as the people who are around us. Emotional Intelligence also serves a function for the recognition of people from friends to foes. Thereby helps in the measurement of the interest of the other people of what is induced upon you. It will also help me in reducing my stress and balance my nervous system by establishing social communication and therefore feeling loved and be in harmony. It has been observed that the feedback is extremely important and I have been an active bearer of that aspect. I have taken feedback from the employees in order to improve my skills and furthermore drive them towards doing the same. Being an Indian and striving at a workplace that has racial factors functioning in it. Therefore, one is bound to face the racial slurs every now and then along with the derogatory remarks. Therefore, it is important to mandate the major emotional strength that means one has to stay composed and deal with the situation. Any kind of harassment should not be dealt with violence the concerned individual/victim can take the matter to the higher authority who will consequently take effective measures for discarding such behavioural conduct.
I would strongly recommend to the members of team that it is important to gain an understanding of the emotional matters and thereby control the matters. The openness is considered to be a very important factor for communication, the act of letting your thoughts out the act of communicating is very important for the clarity. This is so because this will help in forging stronger and better relationships, both at personal life as well as at the workplace. Therefore, for bringing a taciturn response and thereby constitute an effective environment it is important that I should provide recurring feedbacks at an unabated rate to my employees irrespective of whether it is positive or negative. Mental health is observed as an alarming factor over the country and this furthermore has an adverse effect on the health of the individual (MacCann et al., 2020). This can be resulting in the situational discomfort of depression and anxiety. It is very hard to deal with such issues because of the persistent triggering of the anxious state of mind, therefore it is necessary to find effective methods for combating such issues instead of just using medicines. This affects the mental state and thereby leave one feeling isolated and lonely and voluntarily to the exacerbation of other mental health problems. At the workplace it is important to find the root cause of such problems and consequently discarding it will be the job of the leaders. It will help in bringing out the best in the employees and they will strive towards betterment. It is important to have empathy that will help in understanding the needs and concerns of other people. It will help to feel comfortable in a social scenario and will help in recognizing the power dynamics concerning a group or an organization.
As far as factors related to employee dissatisfaction are to be discussed, the aspect, when the employee is underpaid strives to be a major backlash in the motivational factor. Since money is the key factor for bringing out the best in the employees. I should be able to offer any kind of reward systems for bringing the best in them in consideration of my particular individual due to my treatment of them in an equal manner. I should also take feedback from my employees so that they might feel their decisions are being taken into account. This would have otherwise motivated an individual to strive towards enhancement and thereby inducing competiveness amongst the other employees.
