This assessment requires the learner to plan and evaluate consultation with staff over a three-month period. It consists of two tasks which must be submitted together.


Task 1 requires the learner to document an action plan detailing consultative processes, training, and hazard identification and risk assessment activities over a three-month period.


Task 2 requires the learner to respond to written questions about the effectiveness of their consultation.
ACTIVITY B2 – MONITORING AND EVALUATION
This assessment requires the learner to monitor and evaluate work operations over a one-week period. It consists of two tasks which must be submitted together.


Task 1 requires the learner to report on issues of non-compliance with WHS legislation, procedures and safe work practices, document intended action and comment on the effectiveness of existing procedures.
