Introduction
The WHS policy is considerably an important aspect pertaining to the functioning of the organization. Since it will function in ensuring the employees that they are trained in health as well safety. In addition to this, therefore they are also aware of their responsibilities pertaining to their individual health and safety in the workplace. Taizer Australia Pvt Ltd functions as a bio pharmacy. We offer services like prescribing pharmaceuticals and non-prescription relating to self-medication. Since we have leading our company in Australia and have a global recognition elsewhere therefore we tend to train our employees in an effective manner about the WHS policies and procedures. It is in this regard we have planned their training in accordance to the four policies.
First Training -Hazard Identification
· Identification of the hazards – it is effective in finding out what can be the cause behind the harm
· Make the employees go through assessment programs and risks if necessary
· Help in understanding the nature pertaining to the harm that can propagate out of the hazard,
