In this modern era, technology helps people to upgrade their life and gives new ways to live their life with the unique experience. Many companies are dealing with technology, and with the help of this, they try to give people new knowledge with their upgraded services and product. Microsoft Windows is a group of various graphical operating system, and all those are marketed, sold and developed by Microsoft itself. Along with that, with time other companies are dealing with the operating system in computer and try to give fierce competition to Microsoft. Therefore to stay in the competitive market and to attract people to the organisation, they always try to come with new feature and upgrading their services. Here in this research report, the Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 will be discussed and how these all operating system give a new experience to their customer.

Windows XP is the most known operating system in this modern era. It comes with a wide range of useful features and gives people a new experience of using a computer. This operating system helps the organisation to keep the reputation and helps them to increase their customer base in the competitive market. No matter what, there are many disadvantages, which force the organisation to introduce a new operating system to its customer. Windows XP has new features and gives a unique experience to their customer, but it is too expensive. Along with that, it cannot be installed in multiple computers as it has the license of a single user and it’s only run in the upgraded hardware (Silberschatz et al., 2018). This operating stem also can be the target to al malware creator as this particular operating system does not have the antivirus software and it can be dangerous for the user. Apart from that, this operating system needs more memory of the computer to work correctly. Therefore, it forces people to go for windows vista or windows 7 over this operating system. The main negative point of this particular operating system is the security system. When Microsoft introduced this specific operating system, they discontinued the updates of security for XP. Therefore, this operating system can be vulnerable to all type of cyber-attack and virus. From this, it can be stated that all these disadvantages force Microsoft windows to launch a new operating system to the market to fulfil the need of the customer (Yan et al., 2018)....
