Organization behaviour is the study of both group and individual performance and activity within an organization. It is the study of human behaviour in an organization, interlink between the human behaviour and the organization. The study of organizational behaviour gives an in-depth knowledge about employee behave and perform in the workplace. Features of organizational behaviour-
· It is not just a discipline but is a separate area of study.
· It is a versatile approach and a combined knowledge took from sociology, psychology and anthropology.3
· It involves applied science and its use in organizational analysis.
· It has a strong interest in human welfare, values and dignity.
· It is a systematic approach which identify the most efficient means to generate consistent and optimum results.
Organization behaviour work towards certain motive such as job satisfaction, finding the right people, leadership and conflict resolution, organizational culture, understanding employees better, understand how to be a good leader, develop a good team and higher productivity.
Three major limitation of the organizational behaviour is behavioral bias, law of diminishing returns, unethical manipulation of people.

Time is the soul of the organization. Each and every minute counts. From monitoring the temperature of melting cheese to perfection, ensuring delivering orders on time, setting out payrolls and dealing with issues of scheduling order, at every step effective communication is required.
