Select two guest service innovations that have revolutionized the hospitality industry in the last 20 years. Then, discuss the evolution of each innovation and research at least two companies in the hospitality industry that have implemented each of these innovations to transform their guest service and experience. You may select to research a hotel chain, restaurant, cruise line, lodging facility, or even a casino. In 1,000-1,250 words, examine and include the following components in your paper:

- A discussion of the impact of each innovation for the hospitality industry with respect to guest service or experience.
