Introduction
Leaders are the individuals who can either make or break an organization. Every person wants to become a leader but only few possess such quality. Sometimes despite having a good leadership quality one finds it very difficult to reach the goal due to their origin. Origin was always a problem in climbing the stairs to success. This report will give an overview of African American leaders in an organization (Anderson, Harper & Bridges, 2017). Their journey to become leaders and the challenges they have to face. This report will also shed light on some of the great African American leaders that America once received.

Concept of Organizational Behavior
Organizational behavior is study of the performance of an individual and a group of people combined, in an organization. There are two fundamental criteria, by which one can determine the behavioral structure in an organization. The first criteria depend on the nature of the people working under an organization and the second criteria depend on the nature of the organization one works for.
The prime factor of the human resource management of an organization depends primarily on the behavioral structure in the organization. Human resource management finds the ways to channelize and direct the ability of an employee through the idea of organizational behavior. There are many theories provided to understand the relation between organizational behaviors with that of productivity of an organization.
According to Stephens P. Robbins, organizational behavior is a specific type of study that focuses on the impacts of the behavioral structure of an individual or groups of employees in their respective organization. Moreover, how those knowledge can be used for the betterment of the organization effectively (Schmidt, 2017). Organizational Behavior provides the framework and acts as a backbone for the maintenance of reputation both within the organization as well in their market of operations.

Malcolm X
Malcolm X with the most difficult childhood rose to become a great leader. Since the age of 17 years, he had become a well-known criminal after a lot of turmoil and turbulence he joined the Nation of Islam for the black Muslims. Within a very short span of time, he became both the recruiter and minister for the organization. He became popular among the blacks who were the worst victim in the hands of whites in their own native land. It was the idea of Malcolm to build their own community against that of whites (Jones, 2016).
He realized the need of black to come under one roof to protest against the racial injustice that they were facing. He was the worst victim of such a condition but rose to become independent and made other blacks free. He was a man of wit, courage, fearlessness, with great leadership quality and a very strong political hold made him the supreme figure in the history of America.
