TOPIC: COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT IN CHILD PSYCHOLOGY

For the sake of space, within your paper please do not use additional headings because they take up a lot of space and don't necessarily demonstrate your understanding of the connections you're making. Instead, write complete sentences to transition the reader from one point to the next.
Be sure that your central purpose or argument is readily apparent to the reader and think critically about your chosen topic and purpose before you start writing.
Papers should be clear, precise, well-reasoned, and insightful. Main points should clarify key concepts effectively and be well developed with high quality evidence/support. Please demonstrate that you understand the complexity of your chosen topic and arguments.
Use

writing (i.e.,
no "I" or "you") throughout Part I of your paper.
For example, instead of saying, "I think social-emotional development is interesting and important", remove the "I" and save space.
Begin with the thought/content that explains why/how it's interesting and important.
Begin the paper with what you learned about that topic. Using third-person writing, explain the topic and how/why that topic is interesting and important within the field of child psychology.
Be sure to effectively communicate your understanding of the topic.
Include as much content (i.e., information and explanation) as possible to demonstrate your understanding of the topic. Be clear and concise so you can include a maximum amount of content in these short papers.
