Military discipline is based on self-discipline and respect for a constituted authority. The military discipline allows the army to embrace army ethics by supporting a set of values. Professional bearing involves in the development of dependability within the military personnel. Military and professional bearing helps in the development of individuals through group training. This helps in the development of a mental attitude supporting proper conducts as well as prompt obedience. Military and professional discipline develops through effective and continuous training.
