Q1. Which type of behaviour are not classified as crimes according to the law that you think should be? Why do you feel this way? Did the view of all other students matched your views? If not what does this tell you about defining crime?



Q2. Currently no legislation or process exist in any jurisdiction in Australia that specially allows to indicate a preferred sentence in victim impact statement. Should victims be given a say in a sentence? Provide an explanation with arguments that support your stance on this. There are various examples of behaviours that are not classified as the crimes by the Australia laws. even there are laws that states obscene activities are not allowed, there are a growing numbers of evidences that show that nudity practices are common in Australia. the question of legalising the nudity certainly not recommended by me. the instances of nudity practices is event of nude bath in the derwent river at the sunrise in Hobart reflect this practice. The naked harbour is an event organized and people participate in it without clothes (Retschlag, 2015). Similarly the practice of naked canyoning and naked yoga are also prevalent in the country. Naked caravanning is also such event where the nudity is promoted. Naked art contests, nudist resorts these practices reveal one thing that nudity is common in Australia. though the Australian government prohibits obscenity at the public places but there should be a stringent law to prohibit the widespread nudity practices. One prime example is nude Olympics that reveal the issues severity, (Rylko, 2017).
