When transitioning occurs from regular office to home office, one of the major process, which get affected, is communication. As mentioned by Myodo, Xu, Tasaka, Yanagihara and Sakazawa (2018), business communication is an integrated part of the swift working of the business. Communication is responsible for the collaboration and connectivity of the people at workplace. This communication results in development of the trust among the team members, establishing of the trust among the employees and management.
It also plays the crucial part in building client and business relationship. It has been seen that when transition to home office occurs, it results in hampering the frequent communication, which is necessary for the swift conduction of the business. Thus, it is utmost important to improve the communication process from home office.
