During this class I had the opportunity to learn many

different aspects of Marketing. The most

influential to me was learning about swot analysis, marketing planning,

strategic planning and all the components that make up a strong market

place. This class was helpful in

assisting with learning the tools to keeping a business viable. The SWOT analysis is a great way to discover

the needs of the company and ways to improve areas of need. It is also helpful

with determining the direction you want your company to head toward. Conducting a SWOT analysis helps to plan and

develop strategic ways of resolving issues that are present or issues that may

become a problem. Advertising was also

interesting to me it is also another

huge way to promote one’s business.

Commercial, radio, websites and emails are great ways to communicate

with customers and increase customer clientèle.

Learning about the competition was also a strong point that I learned,

it is very important to know who the competition is in order to know what you

may be lacking as a company. In all this class was very informative and will

help me with my future career goal
