Heidi Ganahl is the founder and the CEO of camp bow-wow. As per my perspective, Heidi Ganahl do possessed the qualities associated with the contemporary leadership. As per the video, “Her love of what she does is contagious”. As per the video, what is garnered reflects that Heidi is passionate, strong and she always strives and focuses on being the best. As per the knowledge gathered about her from the video it clearly reflects that she is a very capable leader not only because she leads the team well but because she is very open to the ideas of other also just in the case if the idea sticks to the camp Bow Wow original ideas. She focuses on keeping the company consistent with her original viewpoints. 
The company majorly works through the franchising, with a major agenda of having similar services, attributes and the looks while handling 200 other creative ideas. Heidi is consistently authentic in her views, which is very rare in the contemporary leadership. Being such a big leader, she did not have any kind of ego though she was confident, as she knew that she is capable of handling the works of a leader with an ease. One of the most obvious reasons that highlights that Heidi is a contemporary leader is a contemporary leader uses personal influences to inspire the people and that is what Heidi good. As she is a leader, who has a tremendous relationship with her employees and she effectively manages her employees as well as the work, which inspires the employees as she help her employees in all possible ways, which reflects a leader, need not to be rude all the time (Mumford & Higgs, 2019).
